Requirements

• Dedicated server
• Windows server 2012 R2

Drive Connecting

1. Login to your RDP of server
2. Open “Administrative Tools”
3. Launch application “iSCSO Initiatior”
4. Click on “Yes” button
5. Open tab “Discovery”
6. Select “Discover Portal”
7. Instert to IP adress field: “172.16.210.251”, then click to “Advanced…“ like in the picture:
8. in “Advance Setting” window fill “Local adapter” and “Initiatior IP” like in the picture:
9. Now press twice “Ok”
10. Now choose tab “Targets” and connect drive like in picture:
11. Again click twice to “Ok” button
12. Now your drive is connected

Drive Formatting

1. Open drive C: and create folder “BACKUP”
2. Open “Administrative Tools”
3. Choose entry “Computer managment”
4. Open bookmark “Disk Manager”
5. Right click on Disk 1 and select “Online”
6. Repeat action but this time select “Initialize Disk”
7. Initializace drive as “MBR” like in picture:
8. Now you can connect drive like local disk or like NTFS directory

Connect like NTFS directory

1. Right click on unformated section and select “New Simple Volume”
2. Twice press “Ok”
3. Create link for directory “BACKUP” like in the picture:
4. Formatting let on standart and cklick “Next”, then “Finish”

Connect like Local Drive

1. Right click on unformated section and select “New Simple Volume”
2. Twice press “Ok”
3. Create local drive with relevant letter, like in the picture:
4. Formatting let on standard and cklick “Next”, then “Finish”
